The “Peace of Mind” warranty covers the cost of defective parts for the first ten years and covers the heat exchanger for life. Should you sell your home, the warranties will also transfer automatically to the new homeowners.

Temperature Rise
Comfort is the purpose behind any heating system, and warmer air from the heat vents in your home means greater comfort for you. “Temperature rise” is the temperature difference between air entering and exiting the furnace. The higher the temperature rise—the greater the warmth of the air when it enters your home. Thermo Pride has set a standard of 70°F temperature rise across its full line of furnaces, considerably higher than other manufacturers’ units. When should I buy a Thermo Pride CHB1/CDB1 series of furnace?
How much do you currently spend for heating fuel, annually?
If your current fuel bills are high, the 10-15% savings of CHB1/CDB1 can substantially increase your rate of return on the investment.
• What are the venting requirements?
The CHB1/CDB1 gas furnace can be vented with PVC pipe reducing installation costs if the chimney is not in working condition. This “up front” installation savings may be enough to completely offset the difference in price.
• Is the air in your home too dry during the heating season?
The CHB1/CDB1 gas furnace can be installed as a direct vent system where combustion air is drawn from the outside of the home, eliminating the depletion of moisture from your home through your chimney.
